It’s that time of year (again)!

During 2021, we were hit with some new surcharges (‘Brexit’ ‘Covid’ & ‘Emergency’) from our suppliers – as well as seeing the fuel surcharge rise to 20% for a short period of time.

To help our customers, we took the difficult decision early in the year to absorb these new surcharges and NOT to pass these on to support you in the recovery from the pandemic.

These surcharges still remain in place, and we have had confirmation of an industry wide general tariff increase of between 4.9-5.2%

We have now taken the decision to only increase our tariff rates across all services by 5% – and we will continue to absorb the other surcharges in the hope that these will disappear during the year

We remain the only logistics Company in the area to offer a ‘WYSIWYP’ (What You See Is What You Pay) pricing policy – unlike our competitors who add these surcharges on top of any published prices – as we believe honesty to be the best policy

We thank our existing customers for their loyalty and support during these testing times … and we look forward to supporting you (and new customers) during 2022 and beyond
